Our corporate catering specialists have years of experience assisting with office and business catering. We have a large menu available for online ordering so whether you’re looking for individual sandwiches and salads – perfect for training days and  lunch meetings or platters designed to share and ideal for corporate functions and events,  LHM Foods will deliver.

Corporate catering is never one size fits all. Styles, dietary and budget requirements vary from client to client so if there is something special you’re looking for please call our office. Our food is freshly prepared every day in our kitchen in Marrickville and we pride ourselves on quality, presentation, service and budget. LHM Foods’ Catering Delivery Zones

We offer free delivery to most of Sydney and selected other suburbs for an adjusted rate of $20 (GST inclusive). See the map below for an approximate idea of our delivery zones, green zones are free and blue are $20.

Please note, the map below is approximate and final availability and price will be calculated based on post code.

Catering Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver to X suburb?

We offer free delivery within metro Sydney. Additional charges apply to orders outside this area (Please refer to delivery charges section of our website for pricing). We endeavour to deliver your order at the selected time but please allow an hour delivery window.

How much lead-time is required for ordering?

We recently extended our online ordering deadline to 3 PM one business day prior to delivery.  If you have a last-minute order please call us at 02 9922 6886 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes, we cater for MOST dietary requirements. We are more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs your guests may have. We have indicated which menu items cater to or can be altered for special dietary requirements using the following key: (v) = vegetarian, (gf) = gluten free, (df) = dairy free (veg) = vegan.

Intolerances and allergies will be accommodated for as best possible, however please be aware that other orders that may contain egg, shellfish, nuts, etc, are prepared using the same equipment and in the same kitchen. Please be advised that whilst all care will be taken, no responsibility will be assumed &clients need to be aware there is the risk of contamination, so they can make an informed decision.

Is there a minimum order?

We do request a minimum order on most items as well as an overall minimum spend of $100. Please see the item description for more information.

Who do I call if the order is running late?

If you are concerned about your order’s delivery time please call customer service immediately on 02 9922 6886.

What are your business hours?

Our customer service is available from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday.

Deliveries can be made from 7 AM to 3 PM Monday to Friday; any orders requiring delivery outside of these hours will incur additional charges.

How can I cancel my order and how much notice do I need to give?

To cancel your order please phone our customer service staff on 02 9922 6886. In the event that a confirmed order is cancelled, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Notice of two or more working days prior: No charges will apply.
  • Notice of one working day before 3PM: A fee may be charged to compensate for any food or labour costs already incurred.
  • Notice of one working day after 3PM or same day: we reserve the right to full payment of total order cost.

Where possible, will use discretion to minimize cancellation charges and will evaluate on a case-to-case basis according to food and labour costs already incurred.

How can I change my order?

To amend your order please reply to the booking confirmation email or phone our customer service staff on 02 9922 6886. Please quote your order number (####) on all correspondence or have ready to reference over the phone. Orders that are changed at the last minute will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however we strongly recommend that you request these changes before 12pm on the business day prior where possible to help us best accommodate your needs.

Who can offer me advice on portion size, menu choices and pricing?

Can I set up a corporate account for my office catering?

All first time orders are paid in advance of delivery. We do offer accounts to approved customers. Please call us to discuss your application.

Are your prices inclusive of G.S.T?

All prices quoted are exclusive of G.S.T. unless otherwise specified. GST will be added at the end of your ordering process and will be clearly identified before we take online payment.

How do you ensure food arrives at the right temperature?

We use a range of equipment to ensure your delivery arrives at the correct temperature. We have insulated bags and boxes to ensure food remains warm or cold; we also use portable hot boxes if required and refrigerated vans.

Terms & Conditions

Delivery Policy

  1. Catering orders must be placed by 3 PM the business day before ordering. Any orders placed after this time will need to be handled over the telephone. We will endeavour to fulfill late orders, but cannot guarantee product availability.
  2. We only cannot accept orders more than ten business days in advance. If you would like to schedule an order for a tailor-made function, please give us a call.
  3. Our food is delivered by LHM Catering employees in the appropriate temperature-controlled vehicle and packaged to either be served hot or cold as necessary.
  4. We endeavour to deliver all orders within a one hour timeframe, however traffic and other unavoidable delays may make this untenable in which case we apologise.
  5. Our kitchen produces a wide variety of foodstuffs that include common allergens. For this reason we encourage you to use caution when ordering for individuals with severe allergies. If you have concerns, please contact us. LHM Foods assumes no liability for food or allergy related illness.
  6. Our food is intended to be consumed within two hours of drop-off if not refrigerated. LHM Foods accepts no liability for the handling or storage of food once it has left our chain of custody and strongly recommends that you dispose of any food more than four hours old.
  7. Any equipment or platters left with the client becomes the clients’ responsibility. An agreement on pickup will need to be reached between LHM Foods and the client. We expect that said equipment or platters will be clean and in the same condition as when given to the client. Any lost or damaged equipment/platters may incur additional charges.
  8. The person accepting your order will be required to sign for the delivery. Before signing the delivery docket please check that all items have been delivered and that the quantity of platters noted on the delivery docket are correct.

Refunds and Return Policy

  1. In the event that you need to cancel an order please telephone 02 9557 1422 as soon as possible. If you are cancelling two full business days in advance no charges will apply and a full-refund can be issued. Cancellation one business day before 3 PM in advance may result in charges for food and labour already costs already incurred, we will apply this on a case-by-case basis. Notice of one business day after 3 PM or same-day cancellations are not permitted and are non-refundable.
  2. We only cannot accept orders more than ten business days in advance. If you would like to schedule an order for a tailor-made function, please give us a call.
  3. All claims against invoices must be made within 24 hours of the delivery. Any claims outside of this time frame may not be pursued. Please refer your comments to our customer service staff on 02 9557 1422 who will liaise with your delivery driver, our dispatch team, QA officer, chefs &/or booking contact as well as reference any supporting documentation such as email correspondence and signed delivery docket. We endeavour to resolve all invoice disputes as a matter of urgency.
  4. If you have any complaints about the product received, please set aside the item in question and contact us immediately. Because of the perishable nature of our product, we must review all requests for a refund or replacement within 24 hours. Should we find that your complaint is legitimate and caused by error on the part of LHM Foods, we will issue a refund via the payment method received.
