Can I set up an account for my employees?
Sure thing. We have a variety of arrangements with companies. Some companies want to buy their staff lunch or coffee every day and have set up daily budgets per individual at their closest LHM Foods. Other companies offer coffee cards to new employees or as rewards. Does LHM have a loyalty program?
Can I order catering to pick up in the stores?
Right now, our catering through online-orders is limited to delivery. If you have an order that you’d like to pick up in-store, please give us a call at 02 9922 6886 or send an email to email@example.com and we’ll try our best to help you out. Please be advised that in-store pickup may not be available due to limited refrigeration space and depending on the size of the order.
Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely. Ask your friendly team member at any LHM Foods location and they’ll get you set up with a gift card. We’re happy to provide gift cards in any amount you choose.
Where can I buy Union Espresso coffee beans?
You can pick up our current Union Espresso roast at any LHM store.
Can I get a last-minute platter?
Our staff would be happy to help you out by setting up a platter with items of your choosing from our shelves. This is a great way to easily feed the office, training sessions or any group of hungry people.
Do you have free Wifi in-store?
We hate being disconnected so of course we offer free Wifi. Just ask any team member and they’ll provide the password. Additionally, we have charging stations for your devices at our Chatswood and St Leonards locations.
I really loved a certain LHM item, but I can’t find it in stores anymore. Where’d it go?
We like to keep things fresh around here so sometimes we’ll rotate menu items in or out based on ingredient availability, seasonality or our creative whims. Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take your feedback into consideration when choosing our product lineup.
Do you have gluten-friendly or dairy-free options?
We do! Check the labels of our products to find out if they are dairy-free or gluten-friendly. We do have to let you know that these products may not contain gluten or dairy ingredients but because they are made in a kitchen alongside those ingredients trace amount may be present.
I have an allergy. How do I know that my LHM product is safe for me to eat?
We list common allergens clearly on our packaging. These include gluten, soy, eggs, sulphites, nuts (including sesame and tree nuts), peanuts, milk, fish and shellfish. However, because our food is produced in a kitchen that does handle all these ingredients we can’t guarantee that there will not be trace amounts.
Are there Vegan or Vegetarian choices available?
Many members of our team are vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan so we know how important it that everyone can find options to suit their diet. We have a large range of meat and dairy-free options across our entire line of breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and wraps. You can sort our catering menu based on vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We work really hard to source the most responsible packaging available. Our salad packaging is made from 100% reclaimed cane sugar pulp, a waste product that would otherwise be discarded. The lids are recyclable and the bottoms are compostable. Our utensils are produced sustainably and are commercially compostable. Is LHM Foods suitable for kids?
There are plenty of options to suit even the pickiest of little eaters. We love kids and we want them to be as healthy as possible, so we think that introducing them to a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables is a good foundation for life. We also sell half sandwiches so you can find something to suit every size appetite.
Do you accept Amex or is there a minimum spend/surcharge for credit card payments?
We accept all major credit cards, including Amex and there is no minimum spend for credit or EFTPOS payments.
Is there parking available?
Our stores do not have dedicated parking. However, there is a garage or street parking conveniently located to every location.
